Make a problem reproducible

1. Copy the exact converter URL and describe the result you expected.
2. Include your browser and operating system, source format, approximate file size, and any error shown on screen.
3. Try a small non-sensitive sample. Describe how its output differs from the original, such as missing text, changed dimensions, or a playback failure.

Do not send confidential documents, passwords, identity documents, or private photos. If an attachment is necessary, create a harmless example that reproduces the same issue. Files selected in a converter stay in that browser; we cannot retrieve them from the website.

Before reporting a format problem

Check the converter's limitations and reopen its output in the destination application. Renaming an extension does not change a file's format. PDF text extraction cannot recover words from an image-only scan without OCR, and changing JPG to PNG cannot restore transparency that was already lost.

The sample workflows provide small controlled checks for local processing. Keep the original file until your own output passes inspection.

Corrections and privacy requests

For a guide correction, include the page and the sentence in question. For a privacy request, describe which interaction concerns you without sending additional sensitive information. Sending email is separate from using the converter: your mail provider and the recipient's mail service handle whatever message and attachments you choose to send.
